BOOKiSH – Colombia Decaf


This coffee was decaffeinated using the Ethyl-Acetate process which is just a fancy way to say they use sugarcane juice to extract the caffeine.  So that means no harmful or bitter chemicals.  To be considered decaf coffee, decaffeination must extract 75% of the original caffeine from a coffee.  This process extracts a whopping 89%!   No matter the process however, you can rest assured that our BOOKiSH Decaf will always be of the highest quality!

In taste, you will experience subtle notes of cherry, citrus, sugarcane, and caramel.

NOTE: We roast to order every Tuesday and Wednesday.  All orders received by Tuesday at 5 PM will be roasted and in transit from the roaster by Thursday morning.  Orders received after Tuesday at 5 PM will be put into production the next roasting week.
