The cooler climate of southern Colombia produces such sweet natural processed coffees. Lower temperatures slow down drying, giving greater stability to the process. The result? Juicy plum and fig notes with a very low citric acidity, giving us the impression of whole milk! A caramel and nougat sweetness quickly overtakes the acidity and left on the tongue is a nice dark chocolate finish with a hint of toasted sugar. Basically it tastes like a candy bar melted into warm milk (with zero calories!).
