BOOKiSH – Lamplight Decaf


This coffee was decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Decaffeination process which uses water, temperature, time, and green coffee extract to preserve flavor while removing more caffeine than any other process.  That means no harmful or bitter chemicals.  To be considered decaf, decaffeination must extract 75% of the original caffeine from a coffee.  This process extracts a whopping 99.9%!   No matter the process however, you can rest assured that our BOOKiSH Decaf will always be of the highest quality!

In taste, you will experience subtle notes of red delicious apple, almond, and milk chocolate.

NOTE: We roast to order every Tuesday and Wednesday.  All orders received by Tuesday at 5 PM will be roasted and in transit from the roaster by Thursday morning.  Orders received after Tuesday at 5 PM will be put into production the next roasting week.
