Here is another of Stuardo Coto’s prized harvests. As you may know Stuardo Coto and his family have partnered with us for two years now and we are excited to source some of the cleanest and most complex Guatemalan coffees from his estates.
This is the second year for us to have this coffee and it seems to get better every time we taste it! It has a very complex tropical nature reminiscent of tiki bars and island life, yet the body and sweetness ground it in something familiar and comforting (like candy bars and stout beers). Ironic to showcase tropical flavors during the cold season, but if the winter chill begins to bite, grab a mug of Stuardo Coto’s Washed Bourbon (pronounced “boor-BONE”). It will comfort you if you get the chilly-willies.
