Abracadecaf!

Abracadecaf! Magic Decaf

First, some context:  Coffee is the seed of a highly caffeinated fruit.  That seed must be washed and dried and roasted and ground and steeped before you can drink it.  Decaf coffee undergoes an additional decaffeinating process to remove the caffeine, using water, sugarcane, or other chemicals.  This can decimate the original flavor.

Abracadecaf! is not a normal decaf.  It’s a single origin, single varietal lot sourced from Mierisch Farms in Nicaragua.  Rare and difficult to grow, the Laurina varietal has such a low caffeine level that it can be considered decaf.  The magic part about this decaf is that has not undergone any decaffeinating process.  That means it keeps it’s flavor and you can actually enjoy coffee in the evening.
